STAG has been using dense-flow pipes made of steel for pneumatic conveying of bulk materials with many years of success.

The STAG discharge and dosing module is realized with two bulk material slides and an intermediate container. The dimensioning of the intermediate tank makes the application areas very versatile and easy to modify.

The 3-way ball valve has been especially designed for use in bulk material rail wagons.

The truck turn slide valve and its weatherproof cover form a unit, which can be built into new or existing aluminium or steel bulk material containers (min. Ø 2400 mm).

The mechanical discharge aid „Silex“ is used for conveying poor flowing and not fluidizable bulk products. It is incorporated into round or angular-shaped silos, bunkers and containers.

• The push floor is particularly well suited for poor flowing bulk products or even pasty substances such as sewage sludge.

Discharge chain conveyors are installed at bunker outlet points or directly in boiler hoppers. The dimensioning and construction of the large inlet opening require detailed knowledge.

In conventional conveyances of powdered bulk materials through smooth pipes, the irregularity of the flow rises with the increasing pipe length. This in turn, increases the wear of the system.

Fluid channels are used in silos or bunkers where poor flowing products are stored. A fluid channel is installed slightly inclined, and the extensive aeration ensures an easy discharge of even poor flowing products.

The double-sided sealing turn slide valve has been especially designed for pneumatic conveying as part of the STAG pressure conveying vessel technology. No other system can satisfy the high demands of this application.

For financial and ecological reasons, silo rail wagons are increasingly used for transporting bulk products. The regional distribution of these bulk products is ensured by appropriate silo trucks.

The Big-Bag Uptake Cross is a welded construction, which has been further refined by STAG during the last 50 years. The spring-loaded karabiners simplify the hanging in an out of the Big Bags.

The pressure conveying vessel is used by STAG when it comes to challenging tasks, high conveying rates and long con-veying distances.

The impact mill has been specially designed for breaking up agglomerated material within the bulk product. This application is mainly used in the treatment of boiler ash originating from incineration plants.

Injector:

Injectors are used for the simple, self-regulating in-feed of powdered and granular bulk products into pneumatic conveying lines without moving parts.

The STAG diverter pot constitutes a patented development in the area of pneumatic convey-ance technology, replacing the pipe bend in a series of possible applications.
