Test Center and Bulk Solids Laboratory
STAG is bulk material technology and thus disposes of an in-house technical research center including a bulk material laboratory. Our technical research center serves to analysing samples of bulk products in order to identify their properties, but also our own products, components, devices and procedures undergo intensive testing before they are delivered to our customers.
The practical findings obtained from these tests and analyses are directly implemented in the conception and development of your systems. Process engineering tests are carried out under real conditions. Based on the upscaling method, we are able to extrapolate the data elaborated to any system size. We provide security about your system already in the conception and quotation phase.

Bulk Solids Laboratory
Various measuring devices are available in order to determine the bulk material parameters required for your application. No matter if this is about storage in silos or bunkers, pneumatic conveyance, dosing or other specific requirements or analysis of problems. We have the possibilities, the expertise and the references in order to present you a solution for any situation.

Training Plant
The installed aggregates in the test center can also be used as training facilities. Employees can simulate the different settings and their impact on the whole system on site.
