For the combusting of dry sludge granulate at GKS in Schweinfurt, STAG plans and supplies the storage and dosing of the continuous fuel entry into the kiln. The plant consists of two flat-bottom silos with truck filling, one silo discharge with emergency discharge into trucks, gravimetric feeders and pneumatic conveying into the kiln. The dosing and conveying concept is based on STAG expertise and has been successfully used for alternative fuel supply in cement plants.
The plant is designed in accordance with ATEX regulation.
STAG will also carry out assembly, commissioning and training in Schweinfurt.
